I recently had my p38 motor replaced with another p38 motor with about 88,000 miles on it, 2000 HSE, the mechanic did a great job replacing everything runs great. recently I noticed and can hear a fast tapping noise from waht sounds like its behind the fan, or alternator? it taps faster with revs up, then slows with revs down, when I turn off the AC tapping sound is minimized!! any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.:banghead:
