Well...I pulled the fuse to the ABS and it didn't bog or loose power like it did. Trying to fix this I created another problem in that I've had the stepper motor in and several times and (like an idiot) fooled with the allen crew above the stepper. I'm getting a code P1316 excessive emissions...
