If you are talking about the factory hose with the plastic t, you will most likely have to replace the whole hose. I went through this with my 03 DII, once it starts to leak it just gets worse. They do not come with a gasket or o-ring, it supposed to be seal on its own.
It is a 2003, SE with 123K miles. We have owned for almost 8 years and it was my wifes daily driver up until about a year ago. Since then it has been driven every once in a while, maybe 5K miles since then. It is in good shape for a 10 year old car, the interior is clean, no rips or odors...
My 03 has been knocking for the last 100K miles and it just keeps going, started at 35K miles. Pretty sure it is the sleeves, but figured might as well drive it till it stops.
Thanks guy's the pencil did the trick. It's been awhile since I worked on this truck and could not remember where everything went. Got it back together yesterday and might start driving it again or sell it. Anyone know what a 2003 DII, SE with 130K miles is worth?
Took my water pump out a couple of months ago and can't remember which holes the long bolts go in. There used to be a diagram on here somewhere but can't locate through search. 2003 DII, any help would be appreciated.

Well got the car back to the house tonight and it turns out not as bad as thought. Water pump went out, bearing shot, pulley cock eyed, caused belt to fly off and the fan blades hit the radiator housing. Looks like a new water pump and fan is all it needs. Hopefully did not over heat long enough...
My wife decided to drive her Discovery yesterday, it had been sitting for about 6months and only driven sporadically. She noticed that the dash went dark (RPM, Speedo, no power) drove to a safe place about 2 minutes and turned off. Turns out the belt busted, and spilled coolant everywhere...

Just found that the reservior is leaking where it attaches to the master cylinder, could this be the cause of my 3 amigos and brake light being on? Can you just buy the seals?
2003 Discovery, the manifold where it connects to the cat was missing 2 of 3 bolts and sounded like an old model t. I can't tell if there was a gasket there or not. Does anyone know if there should be a gasket?
