This may seem like a silly question but is the right and left reference in the rave from the drivers seat or from standing in front of the truck looking at the engine? When I pull it apart Sunday morning I want to make sure I don't make another mistake. Thanks for the advice

Thank you guys for all the tips and advice. We got it off with the bolt extractor(twist socket) Worked great. The heads are now at the machine shop.

On my d1 the back resonator rusted off a couple years ago so I left it off. I welded in a short price of old exhaust and added a down turn tip in about the same place as the original My problem and question is that I seem to be really good at smashing the end on rocks and nearly pinching it...
