Most of the guys with PS 6.0s like mine said the samething. K&N air intake, 3-4" exhaust, coolant filter, and an ARP head stud set. After that, leave it along otherwise your playing with trouble. But again, thats for the PS 6.0, which arent very tolerant to tuning. I wasnt sure how tolerant...

Have you asked this question on the Cummin's bulletin boards? I had a F350 w/ PS 6.0 (which I realize is a POS), and I know that the tuners seriously limited the life of those engines. I dont know what effect they have on Cummins. Anyway, I bet you'll get a good response on the cummins forum...
