Hey

I know it’s a long shot. But…my truck was stolen late last night. If anyone in the St. Louis area sees it out please call me or the police. It’s the giant green one on 37s, pretty hard to miss. I still can’t believe some crazy ass stole it.

thanks

My sister’s car was stolen in Mehlville. Police found it, abandoned and running in Lemay the next day. With any luck it was just joyriders and not someone wanting all your off road improvements.

Zero. I have a ring video of the theft. But you can’t make out the plates because of the glare from the headlights.

If you had a nice audio system, maybe that’s why they took it and there is hope will be found only minus the audio system.

Unlocked. The locks don’t work worth a shit. This was maybe the 4th time it’s been there in a year. Other cars were broken into as well. Still no signs of if.

Since your grille is in the rear wheel well, I'm guessing the winch is gone. Did you loose valuables in the truck too? Any insurance coverage for what was lost?

On the other hand, those are some rockn jack stands.

All kidding aside, that is an odd place to dismantle a stolen vehicle. Unless they had a pit crew waiting that took a certain amount of time. I guess they could have removed everything but the wheels, drove it there, then removed them, but you would think even that would draw some attention.

It was in the hood. The police wouldn’t even leave me alone until it was on the flat bed
When I was working in Chicago ten years ago they would steal our cars and just use them to get back to a crack house. They would find the truck cause they all went the same place. Tow truck drivers would want a police escort to go get it, by the time they got all that lined up the thing would get stripped.
