Battery failed, and was covered under warranty. So no need for the memory saver, or the new battery we'd already purchased. All in all, a great result. Thanks for the suggestions!

I called the dealership and they quote $175 for labor to replace the battery and reset the BMS. I'm going to ask about the other related issues as discostew mentioned, as they're definitely part of the problem, and she has 40k on the odometer. Otherwise, just planning on doing the battery myself...

Okay- sounds good. I'll do some research on resetting the BMS at home, if that's possible, and see about getting it in to the dealer. Appreciate the help!
