Well after talking with Corbeau several times they insist that one bracket fits all of the Discovery models from 94 - 04. Not saying they are wrong.... but hey what do I know. And sadly they up'd their buy in for dealers from 5 seats to 5k.... so guess who isn't planning to buy in.

Put it in low range, drive and see if vibe is still there it may be transfer case. Could also be a bad diff. I have a bad vibe around 60-70 on slight deceleration and I am 90% sure mine is the front diff. Lockers going in next month so I will find out soon.

yes it is smaller as in thinner, but it is also longer by about 2 or 3 inches if I recall correctly.

I will have to take pictures next time I am down at Nathans, but he did this on a D1 with minimal changes. I do know he had to drill 2 holes in the frame to mount the radiator, other than that... all went well.

Sorry I didn't see this sooner... save money and put a D2 radiator in the D1... Much Cheaper.

Turn the ignition on, with the climate control turned on, push and hold the recirculation button in. While holding the button in, push and hold the OFF button in for 3 seconds or until you hear a beep.

I drain mine once a month or so... unless it is real humid and I am using it alot in the summer... than daily.
