Had a little more drive time with rover and found that when it falters if I push gas pedal to floor as soon as it responds it slowly comes out of the falter/chug

fittings are rusted solid put pb blaster, super wd40 and cant get fittings to move or come off. I was thinking of cutting line and hose clamp new lines, or put on exterior electric pump on line any ideas on what I should do.
