Just bought a 95 RRC, same problem -- seat buttons moving mirrors -- how f'd up is that? Both seats all the way up; getting rug burn on my noggin.... Looks like those ECU's will be a hot item. There are two under there, I assume it is the "upper" one as it appears to have the seat wiring going...

That is correct...sort of...this one was "assembled" in Bulgaria...by Bulgarians...Bulgarian title, etc. I know the GAZ has Russian origins, but there are some guys there putting these things together from a lot of NOS. It is titled as a 1962 model, so technically it would be a UAZ I believe.
