That 300 tdi doesn't make it a 25k truck. For anything approaching that number it should be perfect. What's hidden under the wrap?

On my 2000 without sai I could do plugs and coils without removing the intake. If you replace the coils there's no need to relocate them. They'll be new if you get Bosch original to replace with. They will likely last you much longer than the truck. Those coil packs don't go bad much at all.

Why do the coil packs need to be so assessable? What planned maintenance are you doing to the fuel injectors?

Not something I would cheap out on. It might be fine, it might not. I would go with Airtex.

It lived in the North East and Florida. I'm sure that frame is rotting around the gas tank. The spray on frame goop makes it pretty suspect. Looks pretty bumpy under whatever that is. Going back and looking closer, it looks like the left rear frame has been replaced and the right has a plate...

That I don't know. I've never tested o sensors themselves for leaks. I use Bosch sensors because I know they work. I think others have used NKG sensors also.

Did you mention brand of o-sensors? Some simply don't work.

This doesn't sound like a wheel weight to me. Go back and check your drive shafts. If the front lets loose while you're driving it will take out the transmission. Don't just reach up and twist it, remove them and check if you have free motion throughout its range.

Sounds like you snapped an axle or cv. Have you tried running it with diff lock engaged?

Other then upsetting tweakers what gains are you expecting from this? I'd like to know the results.
