All the boots were ripped back when I bought the rig with 56k.... And come to find out, the lower joints were shot and extremely loose. I have done the pas side with no problems... Awful job to do though.

Great, glad it worked for you! Now for everyone reading this, if your amigos come back on and it happens to be the shuttle valve 114 error, it may be caused by the shuttle valves leaking brake fluid on the switches and interrupting the signal.... Hopefully you guys inspect the shuttle valve...

I wouldn't think that is bad news. Having TC/HDC/ABS work with the lights off and then NOT work with the light on tell you its electrical and I am 99% sure that if you do my repair, you will have no more amigo visits. UNLESS...... Your SVS fault is being caused by leaking shuttle valves in...

I say those are the early signs of the SVS fault. Mine started one day, then two months later, then once a month, then once every few weeks, once a week, once a day, then every time I drove. Be ready for it when it comes more often...

I would take the head liner down and get visual... thats the only way you will know what is causing the rattle. Did you sit in the back and have someone else drive while you check it out?
