    *SOLD* 1994 Discovery SE7 5-speed, 98K miles (NH)

I'm selling my 1994 Discovery SE7 5-speed (R380). 98K miles, located in Milford, NH. It apparently spent most of its life in North Carolina, and it has almost no rust. Because it's a 5-speed 14CUX truck in good condition, I've spent a lot of effort to replace parts and rebuild things. I think...

    UK delivery of NAS D1?

I made a strange discovery after removing the windshield glass from my '94 5-speed: several old parking stubs had collected at the forward edge of the dashboard, and they are from different locations around London and in France between 1998 and 2002. I bought this truck from North Carolina and...

    Fuel injectors - D1830GA versus D1830BA

Does anyone know the difference between D1830GA and D1830BA injectors? The truck I'm working on (a 1994 D90 SE) reportedly had its injectors replaced at some point in the past, and they're marked with a blue band and "D1830BA". They appear to be otherwise identical to the original Lucas...

    R380 oil pump body change?

Does anyone know when the R380 oil pump housing underwent a design change? Apparently, some of these gearboxes had a removable pump body, while others had the pump rotor run directly in a machined-out cavity in the aluminum extension housing of the gearbox. Mine is the latter (see attached...

    14CUX diagnostic software (libcomm14cux / RoverGauge)

Hi all, For a while now, I've been working on diagnostic software for the 14CUX. It's entirely free and open source (licensed under GPLv3), it will run on both Linux and Windows, and you can check it out here: http://code.google.com/p/rovergauge To connect to the ECU, you'll need to modify an...

    D1 alternator wiring?

The previous owner of my '94 D1 didn't install the alternator properly, so I'd like to confirm the correct wiring: Counterclockwise from the large B+ terminal, I see three more terminals, labeled D, W, and S. The high-current lead is connected to B+, but there are two other wires I need to...

    D1 SE7 rear A/C blower filter?

The rear A/C blower/condenser assembly in the D1 SE7 has a circular foam filter on it. Can the filter be purchased as a separate part? Anyone have the part number? --Colin

NAS D1 manual (5-speed) import numbers?

Does anyone know how many manual-gearbox D1s were imported to North America? A year-by-year breakdown of the numbers would be great, if that information is available. --Colin

Fuel gauge stuck at 1/4 full

In my '94 D1, the fuel gauge seems to be stuck at 1/4, and it stays at this level even with the ignition off. Am I right in guessing that this is likely a problem with the gauge itself, rather than the sender in the tank? --Colin
