1.5 years and 15k miles later my MAF codes haven’t returned.

I had a dirty MAF cause a restricted performance condition. Had to clean it 2-3 times but I eventually cleared the code. Get new air filters, too.

Meh. I love waxing and detailing my truck. I also am totally fine with squeezing it through trees in trails up here. Scratches and small dents to me don’t really equate to real body damage… which is what I’d do when I was leaning my Jeep against trees to pivot around rocks.

The difference was probably falling in love with a truck on a whim and getting blasted with deferred maintenance on my D1 vs looking at trucks for months until I found the right one with the D4.

My D1 definitely cost me more per month in both repairs and mods.
