I am in the US---I purchased the car 3 months ago from Texas and that is how it was when I got it. I cant turn them off and on, they stay on no matter what. I would like to change it to normal if possible

Thanks beemer----I have an lr3 as well, and not a big fan of it, so far no issues or anything to worry about-----but its just not the same as my disco2, def feels like a down grade. Ill check that, ill check that out and see if that could be the issue. Any other ideas anyone?
