Happy New Year P.T.,
I hear through D.Web that you might have a blower motor for an early vin # 1988 RRC. I am in the hunt for one. Please let me know one way or another if you have such a blower beast.
Sincerely,
Dayton
Does anyone have any after market leads or replacements from any type of vehicle for a heater core and blower motor for an early vin # 1988 RRC. Any help would be kindly welcomed. British Atlantic has a pricey core, but no blower.
Thanks,
Dayton
Hi Will,
Are you moving to rural Tennessee? The guy whom lives up the road just sold out to a tattoo artist from Virginia. How cool would it be for me to be living next to the Roverguy! Slim chance I guess. Do you carry heater coil and fan for a 1989 Range Rover.
Sincerely,
Dayton
hello how used is the heater core and blower, would it fit an 89 RR, and could you find out if the blower works and the heater core doesn't leak.
thanks,
Dayton
Thank you, disco web slang rules the ultimate land rover owner form of speech.
Sincerely,
Dayton
P.S., do you know of a place that might have a "sewer cap" ?
P.T. I will by the correct relays on monday if that doesn't work will contact you about the ECU. Thanks everyone for helping me. When the old Rover is running I will let you know the diagnosis.
If you like Waylon and Willie check out the grandson of Hank Willams Hank III (his dad is Hank Jr. with whom he don't deal with.) Back to the basics. Here is the story. The weather report was heavy storms, since it takes about 40 minutes to get to work from our place in the rural mountains in...
Ooops! BWD 30 amp same pin configuration. Also placed a relay on a female relay connection on the firewall; this connector is on the passenger side, just to the left of the set of relays, it was by itself with two white wires and one black one the wires go through the firewall, it was just...
P.T. we replaced the relays with after market BDW relays with exact numbers, 30 amp. Cleaned grounds. On the fire wall noticed a missing relay and put one of the old relays in, rover started, ran for 5 seconds and died. turned key off and on, rover started again ran 5 seconds and died, repeats...
Replaced fuel relay and the one beside it (both under the front passenger seat; I believe the blue connector was the fuel relay.) Relays click after you energize them or turn the ignition switch on and off. The odd thing is the relays had power to them even though the fuel pump fuse (#18) did...
Thanks for the ideas. We routed power from another fuse to the fuel pump fuse. Still will not start. New problem; no energy at fuel injectors. The old rover will start if you spray fuel into engine. Could this possible be a ground problem or CPU?
