Hey guys
I have a 02D2 with a ARB bullbar and as a result I have half a butchered plastic mud guard protecting the washer bottle in the front left wheel well that was left by the dealer when the vehicle was collected three years ago. One large mud bog leads to another and this thing is now rat...
Nah mate, it sits where the original tank sits, it just takes up more of the under floor space, without hanging out any more than the original tank. They are a solid, well made unit. Probably safer than the OME tank.
I just wish they only cost us 600 notes...
I just this morning was talking to my local ARB guy. He says that ARB HQ in Melbourne (Aust) have a Disco 3 on order and will be designing a range of accessories for it. How extensive this range will be is another question.
Only time will tell.

Having no experience in these matters, and having no idea of costs etc, but would it be possible to anodise alloys and how much density in colour (no, this isn't a typo - thats how you spell colour in most places ;) ) could you achieve if it is posssible?
Any ideas, anyone?

PS: Greg, I...
That dude has done a lot of mods to that bumper to fit that puppy in though. I would say he's even cut into the front grill as well. He says he's done it for better access to the winch, even with my back, I don't have trouble getting to mine. ;)

I put 265/75 with a OME 2" lift and have had no rubbing at all.
I think what is confusing some is that you DO require a lift of some sorts to accommodate 265's. You would be hard pressed to get 245's into a stock set-up.

The is a simple and permanent solution to the DII tyre mount problem. I have had it done and it works a treat.

As it says, shouldn't take more tham a couple of hours.
Hope it helps.

That DII is green, well a p?ss ant green anyway. It belongs to ARB in Victoria, Aust. Its their showcase vehicle they have been using for a lot of their local advertising. Check out any issues of 4WD Monthly (Aust) this year and your see some good pics of it.

F#@K ME!!!! They're not cheap. That diesel must be something special.
Saw my first one on the way home in traffic tonight. Nice from far, but far from nice.
Wonder if LR Australia will keep an 04 in moth balls for me for 10-15 years?

I've had my TD5 fo 2 years now and reckon its great. Good milage around town and even better on the Hwy. Good low down torque however it doesn't have as much grunt as the V8. With a few tweeks you can increase the power ie: K&N filter, a visit to www.davisperformance.com for an engine remap...

I have a 02 TD5 and have done the HD OME front and back, 265/75's BFG MT's and also have the ARB winch bar with a Warn XD9000 up front. I haven't explored the spaces yet, but am looking into it. Ideally I'd like to find someone here in Oz to knock some up for me rather than get lumps of...
Mate,
You would really need to consider a lift before putting 265/75's on. They are so close to rubbing (but never do) with a 2" lift, I'd hate to think what would happen if they did.
Spend the money on the lift, its worth it.
cheers
