I am installing an 04 CDL transfer case in my 02. The 04 T-Case has two CDL switches. Rave doesn't really explain what makes them different. What switch do I use? Both plugs are the same and my truck has only one connector that will connect to a CDL switch.

Is one switch pointing straight up and is the other pointing straight forward?

If so I think that you will need to use the one that is straight up.

No, the two switches are side by side. They are right next to each other. I'll post a picture tomorrow.

one is open when locked, the other is open when unlocked. i cant remember which is which, but plug it in and see if the light is on when it is locked or unlocked.

be sure to put a crush washer under the sensors or they can jam the CDL shifter. there might be a tsb for it.

Not sure what switches your talking about then tbh, both switches connect to earth and are wired in parallel.

1 difflock switch is as per D1 and early D2 (by the difflock spigot) and the second on the later LT230's is on the front of the front output housing (by prop), def not next to each other.

Well, just compared the NAS D2 manual to the Euro one and was very surprised to see the difference between them....... Had never noticed that before or that there was a difference between 03 MY > T-boxes between Europe and NAS.

Cannot understand why tbh, but they are still wired in parallel so either switch should work, or you could simply splice in 2 more wires and connect both.
