So when my rovers passenger side gets off camber upwards the least little bit I get air in my cooling system. I can hear it in my heater core, what could cause this? I do not lose coolant and I do not have a leak. well maybe I do but I don't see it under the truck.

yeah that's prob my best bet... I did the 180 in-line thermostat and started getting air after that... I have replaced all hoses and even the coolant res. I have found that the thermostat is stuck open. it takes forever to warm up and never really gets beyond 170 or 180. even offroad.

Assume you have a spot to let the air out when filling? Lifting the res up above the engine when getting the air out?
Thermostat installed in the right direction? I've found the cheaper the thermostat the most likely it is junk.
Why did you do the inline? Most the time people do this is a Band-Aid to fix over heating issues.

just to keep the temp down... I did have the grey soft spring in it but I liked the consistent temp the inline gives. It works off temp not pressure.
