101 Information?

Posted this in the Tech Section, but thought it might get lost over there. Not really sure if a 101 falls in Series section or not, but seems most likely?

Any good boards out there for the FC101? I have a friend looking at one up in NH. Anyone here have some advice or things to look for? Guy is asking $9500. My buddy took these pictures of it: http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/phife...he2stBBOtWq8V9U

Definitely a lot of surface rust, and a couple of deeper areas. Said it drove well and sounded good. What do you all think?

Have a look at Mike's site: looks like they finally finished up that yellow 101.

yeah, my buddy was ogling ECR's 101 online. very nice.

is the amount of rust people see very worrisome? how bout the price? haven't seen too many for sale, so not sure what is a good price to work at.

the motor is just a regular 3.5 V8 correct? what transmission? any tips or sites appreciated.
