14CUX In a Defender with a Td5 harness

Has anybody installed a 3.9 14CUX in a Defender with a Td5 wiring harness? I am looking for the color coding on the main white plug that connects the engine wiring loom to the Td5 main loom.

Put one in a 1983 110 but used a new harness from Autosparks for a petrol motor. A lot simpler than using the TD5 harness. I have that cross connect harness info for that if that helps...

Mike I'm working on this right now. Should be able to tell you something soon. Not sure how the 4.2 senders will do with the computerized td5 binnacle. When I get it to run I'll give you a call. Rather not have anyone around while I curse @ it.

Thanks, I think I have most of the wires tracked down if you want to share information. I have a new Discovery engine harness but it has more stuff on it than I need. I am also looking at trying to integrate the A/C with it, Have a elite 300 Tdi kit. The A/c wiring harness is simple plug and play but would like to get the engine to up the idle when the A/C is on. I haven't figured which wire I need to connect for that one yet. Also the V8 engine harness does not have the transmission harness unlike the 300 engine harness. I have a matching 300 harness, for the Td5 main loom, that I can use for all the Trans input/outputs. Electrical fun..
