Not sure if this is the right section for this, but I figured I'd hit up my old stomping grounds here ind web and share my 2 Door RRC in BaT right now.

Long time member here from the early days of dweb, crawling out from under a rock. Not sure who else is here from the OG folks back in the late 90's, but hope peeps are still around. Please check out my auction and share to anyone who might be in the market.

Thanks!

Yes, very very nice. Great example of early Rangies. Best of luck in the auction. Someone will be getting a very unique Rover. Hopefully folks will know how nice it is and bid accordingly.

Talk about OG! How the heck are you Blue? Still wheeling that D2? I still have my D1 from back in the day, but sadly, a family of mice decided to live in it and chewed off everything in the engine. Someday I will put that back together and get it running again. Maybe do an OG run and drag Axel, Garrett, and everyone else. Are they still around?

Thanks, it seems to have a slow stride, but hoping it will pick up as tomorrow is the last day. Definitely worth a pretty penny to people that know how special these things are. I just uploaded a video on the listing, check it out.

Very cool video. We lived at one time in Pine Bush, NY. What is the mat under the Rangie in the garage?

The second engine in my '04 went bust so I sold it off for parts. I'm in a 2013 LR4 now and enjoying it. Some of the old guys are still around. Haven't heard from Axel in a long time. Garrett is still involved with his off-road training business and he's still popular with the transgender men from what I hear. Good luck with that RR, sure is a nice example.

That's great to hear about Garrett. I remember he was pretty popular with the Amish demographic back in the day when he was in PA. Good for him that he is diversifying now. LOL.

Auction is a slow start. I need to find someone who knows these trucks and have been searching for these early 2doors with funds in hand. My reserve is not "built by ECR" crazy, even though the truck is almost to ECR standards. Basically I'm looking for a version of me from 4 years ago to find this auction and start bidding. LOL
