Having gone through this myself within the last year, it's an easy switch. Label your connections so you put everything back correctly. Mark the brackets so you have an idea of how far to adjust the tension. Might take a little fine tuning if you get a squeaky belt. Consider getting the original rebuilt so you have a spare on hand.

I'm running one from Will on my Hunter. I dont remember where he was sourcing them but I got it 7 or 8 years ago--- makes great electricity!

Exactly! I thought over the decades it was replaced yet after going through the work orders it is the original.
Know Will get me a good one as well.
Seeing your post reminded me you have a Hunter.
