Here's another beauty. If anyone buys it and needs a good condition dash let me know, I have one.

Useful market data. Seller posted adequate evidence showing the condition so buyer should know what to expect.

NO SALE!

Further investigation of this ebay auction finds that the auction ended without a sale. The last bid was for $12,600 but this was below the reserve price of the seller.

I just picked up a 94 disco with manual trans that I am going to fix. up and sell.

The fact that multiple people bid over $12k is very promising to me. Mine has less miles, less broken plastic bit and far less rust. The longer I look at this ebay ad, the more rust I see

Damn, that is a good looking truck too. It's amazing what armor-all can do.

I don't know what you guys are freaking out about in terms of the rust.

I guess if you're from the south, any rust seems bad.

As a Minnesota resident however, that undercarriage looks fantastic.

Look at the base of the c piller where discos always rust. That has clearly been painted over and there is rust under it. Also, it seems like ever bolt is rusted.
Anyway, if you can see that much rust in the pics, just imagine how bad it really is

That c-pillar stuff is minor in that the base of the pillar is still in existence 😄

Y'all would probably develop nausea seeing what road salt people consider acceptable 😁

Well, the fact still remains that the green truck listed is more rusty than the one I am going to list. Soooooo, it should fetch a good price

While $12K is pretty thick sale price, and I dont understand why people get such a hard-on for manual gear boxes, I dont think it would be a "you got screwed price". IMO, from what I can see, fair market would be around $7K ($5K if it was an auto). That said it hasn't sold yet.

Another reason I love living in Arizona.

Back in Cleveland before my parents moved out here to AZ, my Dad had a cherry Cadillac Seville STS with about 30k miles on it. This thing was pristine inside and out....except for the entire undercarriage. He took it in for service because it was making strange creaks, groans, and pops and the service manager told him it was totaled - pretty much everything was rusted through.
