Bought this Discovery my freshman year of college in 2009. Daily drove it during school and got into the offroad community. I got 14mpg on the HWY during trips home. I built it up over the years, took it upon many offroad trips 4-5hrs from home. The truck is great offroad and always got me home. I drove it up until 2015 when I purchased a 1998 Discovery on 35s. Had it on the road around town over a year ago, since then it has sat unused. I definitely love this truck, but it isn’t being driven. I crank it up once every few months and let it run for a few minutes. The truck runs fine but needs a new battery and the brakes need addressing. It was a great father-son project; it needs some work but could make a great truck for an enthusiast. Whoever buys it should be willing to work on it and get it back into shape. The truck is outfitted for the trails (mods listed below) lifted 4” on 33s and painted with a truck bed liner. It has decals on it, and is a great looking truck. This week I cranked it up and drove it around my apartment complex. I would not drive it on the highway though and I stress that the brakes and motor mounts need work. Not in a rush to sell it, I have way more into it then what I’m asking. Needs to be towed to your place. Clean SC title in hand, truck sold AS IS. I will have all paperwork to be filled out and will only accept cash. I’ve got some extra rear seats I can include.
