Hey guys thanks for the input. I am loving this truck! New to the forum of course sorry about the iPhone question marks. I do appreciate all the response. I know it is not a real camel trophy, never would mistake this for a real one. Was just curious if anyone had seen one in AA yellow with all this bullshit (including the custom build decal, id never seen that before) that is not an XD. I will PM the interior pics tomorrow am. Thx.

Looks like a clean D1. Like Peter said, if you bought a clean D1 and added all the extras (plus a good paint job) then you'd pay higher than you did. Consider it a good deal. Those El Gomero badges are awesome. Welcome to DiscoWeb, I'll most likely insult you in the morning.

That's an interesting vehicle. It does look like something SV would have cranked out; after a few further cosmetic treatments by the owner.

Doesn't matter, though.

From a price perspective, it's not so bad. If the Rover is in good shape, you just got a bunch of stuff you'd have eventually bought anyway for slightly less than it would have cost to purchase later.

Cheers,

2 cents. You bought a decent early disco for a few grand plus the few grand in all the stuff to wheel. Plus maybe some labor. It looks well taken care of.

Pull off the camel trophy stickers on the door since your truck isn't sandglow and drive it.

That said, there are bunches of us in the Tristate/NE. Track us down, we're not that hard to find
