Buy the whole truck for a grand, Stu. Then you have the rack, skid plates, black castor alloys, whatever remains of the $G rear bumper, and you can cut out the Special Vehicles plate and hang it on your wall. Recycle the rest for a few hundred bucks.

I bought a low SD rack for my old D1 in 2003 for $700.

The average annual COLA adjustment for the years 2003 through 2020 is 2.04%. Taking this into account, $700 in 2003 would be $1,007.64 in 2021.

The US inflation calculator shows that $700 in 2003 is the equivalent of $984.61 in 2020 dollars, but close enough. Which makes the price I paid for my SD low profile rack last year a screaming deal. I still can't believe it every time I look at my Disco.

Really nice! For me 1 Rover with a rack works well for our needs. So far the D1 is literally totally stock.

I paid about $1400 for a new Prospeed rack for my LR4 over 3 months ago and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. Getting a little impatient.

Geez, If you buy the truck, we can work a price on the body panels as spares for my XD. You can have the rack. I have the correct XD Castors too.....

Looks like I'll be moving this to the parts for sale section soon. Anybody looking for specific parts from an XD? The roof rack is sold pending payment. I'm going to keep the SafariGard rear bumper for my truck. The brush guard is gone (it was ripped off by the previous owner).
