I wonder if the 04 D2 might have some form of collectability down the road. Kind of the last Rover with any ties to its heritage. Last of the tiny V8's and last of the solid axles.

I love how it is being photographed on a dealer service bay.

Those pics were probably taken when the Seller "had it up to here with the damn thing," and was trying to prove to the service writer that he was, in fact, not interested in paying for the 65k mile service after already getting raped on $1,000 of diagnostics -- after which the the mechanics threw their hands up and said, "we can't find the problem, but we can tell you that the truck isn't doing that anymore. Drive it for a week and tell us if it acts up again."
