Can you be more specific about what work needs doing? And location of truck?

I think its something to do with fuel and getting it to the engine, the engine bogs down when you give it gas and when it gets to running temp and you shut it down sometimes it wont start back up until the engine cools down. I'm located in southern Colorado, Pueblo

Did you try changing the fuel filter? On the cars I've had, every time they bog down on accelration, it's been the filter.

Sounds like a classic CkP sensor and/or wiring issue.
