2 posts is pretty damn weak too... make your account just to argue with me?

No, I had to create a new account a few months ago because I'd been away from Dweb for a long time, mostly because I grew tired of asshats like you. You just get the honor of being the first POS malcontent I chose to respond to.

Does anyone know where I can buy some 4" springs for my D2? Lucky8 folks are being an assholes (i will save this story for another post) and not helping at all and I cannot seem to find the springs anywhere else. Can I buy them directly from Terra Firma? Any other brands? i hear the new Rovertym stuff is shit....

Calling someone an asshole or a collective asshole hardly constitutes bashing in Discoweb world. I would barely chuckle at that if I were Lucky8.

Vermonster, your detective foray as a grand entrance to Discoweb is remarkable.

Respectfully, coming on here (or a FB forum, or wherever) and saying those things without first laying out the facts and the issues, and also implying that there's some deeper story to them (the business) being a problem is particularly unfair, especially to a small specialty retailer that caters to the Rover community and relies heavily on social media and the like for business. It's the most tiresome type of post there is and should never go unchallenged.

Well, if you've been on Dweb for a long time, you should know that this community has a way to quickly establish the rights and wrongs. It makes it very different from any other social media, Facebook especially.
Some asshats start flame wars, some others help to settle matters (despite or because of being asshats as well).

On a personal note:
I got a chuckle immediately when I saw the title of the thread. Not a single type of a spring offers an exact - or even approximate - amount of lift. I can imagine Justin and Eric asking each other - "sure he wants a 4"and not a 4.25?"
Regardless of what has unfolded, both disco_drum and Lucky8 have been here for a very long time.

Exactly. Just all in good fun really. The Lucky8 guys are great. They have some badass vehicles and they use them. And all of the time i have met any of them in ?real life? they have been wonderful.

I want to buy a set of the Terra Firma springs that lucky8 labels as 4? lift. I know the rears requires d1 spring perches and stuff... i just would love to source these springs for my truck.

What kind of liberal snowflake comes here to try and flame a small business just because they're upset. Go find a safe space to cry yourself to 4" spring heaven. #MAGA

I am probably the farthest thing from a liberal you could ever imagine. Calm your tits. It?s fine. I apologize. I overreacted.

Thank God I ordered both sets of the 4? springs when I did a few weeks ago. The Eric dude shipped that day. Corrected arms front and rear. Brake lines. Etc. Love the setup. Hope you find some springs soon. Good luck!

You could always just buy two 8” springs and cut them in half.

Then just buy some. It's not rocket surgery. Just spend a little time on google or search here. the TF part numbers have been posted multiple times. Then google search for the TF Part numbers, find a vendor, add to cart and check out. You could have probably already accomplished that in the time you've spend here trying to get someone to do it for you.

FYI, the 4" lift is actually a 3" DI lift with DI rear perches and 1" spacers in the rear. If you really want to know what you need ask Ken. He's got on this truck.
