Not sure what the plan is for this beast, but I just added it to my fleet. Its a '97 Vitesse with 116K. Not a panel on the car has matching paint, but it is accident free. The PO tried having paint work done after it has been in the Florida sun for years, but they weren't able to match anything properly. My last Rover was a D2 that I sold to someone here. Here is a shot of my old D2...

I remember those. I did warranty work on one just like that. Yellow is a color that could go either way, but I really liked it on the P38 like yours. I think the yellow piping on the seats is a nice touch too. I don't know what they fetch these days but it might be worth getting the paint to match.

I think the yellow looks great on the P38 as does just about any color. :)
The interior is really sharp and I will probably paint the outside to a near factory quality if the mechanicals are easily sorted. I'm just excited to have a Rover back. The truck had been sitting for a year or so. PO got it running after installing a new fuel pump, but it would not stay running. I'm gonna clean out the fuel tank and lines before anything else.
