ZIM is getting scarier, even if the hunt goes well I'd be worried about getting my animals out later. Who are you using in RSA for taxidermy? I had a very pleasant experience with Lifeform Taxidermy.

this is a great thread it makes me want to go

thanks for posting it

so go
its realy very afordable but people are intimidated by the idea of it.
you dont have to hunt.
i know guys that land in joberg ,rent a car /landcruiser head up to kruger ,check in at one of the many Kruger gates ,rent huts with bbqs in fenced compounds ,stop at the little conveience stores in the park buy game steaks and beer.next day move on to next camp and view animals all day.
what more could you ask for.
lifes good..

For Anyone interested in a Afrika Hunt Bow or Rifle my Professional Hunter and very good friend Rassie Erasmus finaly got his website up and running.

http://www.bowhuntsa.com/index.htm

my only complaint is he has not put any of my photos on his site yet.
after much ragging on him ,my pics should be up by 2007.
You will recognize some faces from this thread on his site.

Im going to the Cave house in September of 2007 with my 14 yr old son for his first African Bow Hunt.

There will be available accomadations for a resonable cost for anyone interested
as long as i approve of you.

No Sissys allowed
No California Posers(i guess this means sissys also)

I am tempted to go back next year if I can swing it, only if my dad will come along though. I want a waterbuck and a good bushbuck this time.

I had posted a few of my hunting pictures in the other hunting thread. Here are a few more. These were also on this year's hunting trip in Namibia.
