Does anyone have the exact dimensions of the plastic rollers for the windows that keeps on breaking for the D1 and/or D2? I lost mine and don't have the broken one to take measurements with.

Thanks!

I don't believe there is a standard roller that you can simply buy a replace.

An alternate to those nasty easily broken plastic rollers on the DI is to use a washer. Cut through one side with a dremel or a hacksaw, twist it over the stud on the regulator, then pinch the washer back so that it is flat. Lube track/washer and that holds pretty well. I can't remember what size washer; I usually had the track out and took it with me to test fit washers.

shit I just welded a washer on two years ago and it still works. Grease it well after it cools so it'll slide.

I used a nylon washer, I had to flatten the sides (sanded or cut flat) as it was a bit too large to fit in the rail. I heated it up in hot water to get it pressed over the fitting. Greased it up well and put it back together. About $0.17 to fix and an hour or so to get it apart and back together. Once you take out the slide it makes it a lot easier. Been working great for 4yrs now. (Watch it fail now that I've said that)

I used a 1" OD grilon raw material bar. Cutted a disc, Drilled it, and used the hole to fix it in the drill to give it the final shape with a cutting tool.
With brutal hammer bumps extracted the reg. stut and made metal sheet flat again. Then replaced the new roller and with hammer riveted strut again... it looks as when it was new!
