Does anyone have a 95 RRC swb and 94-95 D1? I need some help identifying if the hard/metal heater lines are the same.

At some point po's of my 95 rrc swb changed the metal heater lines to earlier model lines. Just want to get it back stock because finding the right rubber soft heater coolant lines that match prior years is a pain in the ass.

At this point I am trying to verify if the hard heater lines on a 95 RRC swb, are the same as on a 94-95 D1. They might be the same as a 95 LWB but I don't know on the 4.2. Mine on the 95 SWB are not original to 95. I know that 96 D1 and later are different because of no dizzy.

The 94 lwb might help if it doesn't have the hard heater line with the upward pipe that has a screw plug.

I think the 94-95 D1 and 96-99 D1 heater lines are almost the same except the rubber connector for the output to the heater is an elbow on the early ones and on the later ones the metal line has the elbow.

Check the 95 RR RAVE electrical manual and look in the section where the connector photos are. They might have a good enough picture to help.

Good idea Robert. Mine has the fill tower you can see drawn in the 87-93 workshop manual coolant chapter but not there in any of the engine bay pics from the electrical troubleshooting for a 95.

I have a 96 D1 parts truck and the hard lines don't mount up in the same spots nor do the hoses. I am hoping a 94/95 D1 with a distributor would be the same, just need to verify.

did someone put an earlier lower manifold on there?

and does it have that coolant valve that really early 95s and 94 D1s had?

My next thought was along those lines where maybe the heads were redone and older model parts used. Not sure about the coolant valve, where would it be and what would it look like? It has the fill tower with the brass screw down cap which was badly mounted, tabs bend to meet mount brackets and some tabs cut off the fill tower, makeshift hoses.

I think my intake is correct. All of my wiring matches up with all of the sensors on the front of the intake which I don't think are there on the other one you suggest, but I could be wrong. What I need is #6 on that second intake as the hoses I have are the same as in diagram. Those look like an RN diagrams, where did you find that?
