Not a correct ‘69 IIa. The headlights were in the wings starting in 1968 and known as “bug eyes” as they were just hurried on. By 1969, they were more incorporated into the wings.
Also there were amber turn signals as well as clear running lights.

Dude do a search on the model and hit imiges. The results are all over the place. That said looks like a II, not an IIa?

That is late model IIa.
BTW, owned a 1967 NADA Series IIa 109 so have some knowledge about them.
A good resource on Series Rovers is on East Coast Rover in the Information section which is where I grabbed the pic.

I didn't mean to imply you didn't know what you are talking about. Only the amount of different configurations of the lights and signals when you search for '69 IIa.

No problem. And yes, the light configuration on the IIa can be difficult as they changed to meet Fed regs. The ECR site has a nice history of the Series Rovers. You’ll also see our 109 camping at Bay of Fundy on the Series page. 😁
