When I bought my D90, it had the ARB bumper with a WARN M8000 and all it had was the stock HD springs, so the OME will be plenty.

Then I've replaced it with an Equipe A-Bar bumper and a Superwinch Epi9000s and put OME MD springs

ECR said it too...their clients prefer the $G version. I had ARB's on both trucks and took them off. They are not horrible, but they did not meet my needs. For series off roading, they hang to low. For greenlanding, camping and light trails they are fine.

I have plenty of RW stuff on my truck, but I prefer the $G bumpers.

Gustavo- I know you are refering to your 90-those springs on the 110 are Old Man Emu 764's on the front . They are a rear Medium duty spring and give 3 inches of lift on a Defender when used on the front. Your truck has OME 755's in the rear.
