What is everyone using to pull and identify part numbers (in my case Discovery 1)? I usually have to hunt a variety of websites and then google to confirm before placing orders. Even then, I occasionally end up with incorrect parts. I also have a BMW and have found REALOEM to be indispensable during my ownership. Is there a similar resource for land rovers? I would even be willing to purchase a hard or digital copy of a manual or reference diagram set.

I would buy the hard copy if I could find one. Things like this: specific grommets for harnesses in the right rear (rights/tow harness). Are impossible to find part numbers for without diagrams.

JLR did put for free a link to find parts codes from all the now classic Land Rovers. You can find it for example from Lrdirect web site or the link https://parts.jaguarlandroverclassic.com/classic-land-rover-parts/
Hint: grommets are in the electric section of this kind of microcat.
Regarding repair manual you can find a book with RAVE manual or a file in the www.

I have this saved to my iPhone home screen to search for LR parts:
https://new.lrcat.com/

After tapping on the specific LR model you query, scroll the the bottom of the page to find area you want to search parts for.
A RAVE manual definitely help’s also.
