Better to park up hill or down hill?

Hi Folks,

Moved to a new house and the gravel drive is at a slight incline. Is it better for the motor to be started at a slight incline or decline?

I live on a hill too, I always park facing downhill, no science, just thinking that would put more oil in the oil pump at the front.

Does not matter. Set the parking brake before you put it in park so the parking pawl isnt holding the weight of the truck

With cold engine is better to drive downhill than up, but rear drains may bring trouble on rainy days

ok thanks guys, I have a car shelter so s/roof drains not an issue, I'll park Nessie nose down tomorrow.

I have found if I park with the front end up hill, the sunroof doesn’t leak. It is really just furthering my procrastination in pulling down the headliner to repair it.
