My guess is that the price may be a bit high for the masses here (myself included).
10k seems a bit "ambitious" to me, but I've been out of Disco's for a bit now. Maybe it's in the ballpark given the increasing values, but still.......

Not trying to shit on your thread.

Good luck building this same truck for anywhere near $10k. The lockers, gears and pump alone are close to $5k new!

The problem is that we’ve all been there, done that.

My D2 had nearly $10k in “extras” but I was happy to be handed 35 $100 bills for it.

I agree, but when it comes to modifying most wheeled "things" the return rarely equals the investment.

Yes as stated I don't expect to get the investment back but there is no way you could build this truck for $20K even if you did the work yourself I know Dweb guy are the most dificult to squeeze a dollar from but I just posted it in case someone was looking

Your avatar pic. That's why I wouldn't buy it. Always buy stock because when you buy "built" only god knows how it's been wheeled.

I understand but usually guys who use their trucks maintain them.

That is my truck in the avitar and not the one I'm selling it was bought as a built truck too. The advantage of buying built is first that it is about 1/4-1/3 the original outlay and you can update or upgrade as you move forward and spread the cost over years. I have probably added $20K to my truck over the years but if you brought your truck to me and had it just built like that you would be writing a huge check and probably still want to change thing for your own taste over time
