Codes galore and running like poop with a weird knock

So let me start out with truck is a 99 disco 2 4.0.. Pulling all kinds of codes.
P1300, p0102, p1590, p1884, p0304, p0306, p0300, p0112
Service engine light is flashing and serious rough idle. Also when I was test driving it to see what was going on at around 2800 rpm and 45-50 mph a weird knocking noise starts and sounds like it's coming from bottom left side of motor.. I know this vehicle needs a new maf sensor but I'm stumped on the rest. Help please!

First off, if the CEL is flashing, park the truck until we figure out what's wrong with it.

The knocking noise-how do you know where it's coming from at 45-50 mph? Before we do much, jack the truck up and check the front driveshaft for play. That part of it sounds like a failing front driveshaft.

Now for the rest, the codes you have indicate a coupla misfires and random and multiple misfires likely to cause catalyst.

Age/condition of plugs and wires? It's always good place to start.

Any coolant loss that can't be accounted for? Or that can be accounted for?

Drive shaft is a tom woods.. I actually just greased it about two weeks ago..
Plugs and wires prob need replaced.. It's been awhile since I changed them last..
As for coolant I typically have to top it off about once a week..
I just drive this truck locally, so It prob doesn't get a lot luv like it should.. Also about a week ago had a hose blow on top of motor coming out of fire wall looks like it go to or comes from heater core..

That hose blew on mine once when it over heated due to a bad ac pump bearing as well as worn idler pulleys. In my pre-blow I replaced my PS pump since my steering was way heavy--duhhhh. Sometimes I really start on the bad end of things. Maybe you should check all your accessories and belts just to be safe. I also would just go right to a compression test to begin with.

Replace the spark plugs and check for fouling.

There will be fouling as we know we have misfires.

FAR more importantly, let's look for a spark plug that looks freakishly clean.

I am very concerned about the coolant loss and now misfires and rough running.

When you finally give up, call/text me. I have headsets in stock. I'm afraid you're gonna need one sooner, if not later.

This is sounding a whole lot like a head gasket. A steam cleaned plug would make it nearly a lock.

No steam cleaning here.. Just a bunch of crappy plugs.. Hopefully we are looking at this being the main problem.. Also looks like hose from expansion tank to throttle body heater plate is leaking a bit at both ends.. I'm going to pray that's where the anti freeze has been going..

Well that didn't help but I'm still waiting on a new maf.. Cleared codes after plug and wires were changed.. I'm down to 3 codes.. 1509 and 1884, plus the one for mas air flow sensor.. Atleast I'm not pulling the codes for the plugs now

Some codes are tied to others, meaning the P1884/P1509 code you have could be related to the MAF.

I'm planning on replacing front two o2 sensors as well.. When the hose blew it soaked the entire passenger side front o2 sensor. I was pulling that code initially but not now.. It's been a couple years since they were replaced anyhow
