A continuation from this prior discussion...
When I first installed the new fuel pump, everything fuel pump related worked. Then fairly early on the fuel level gauge quit working. After getting all the rods back and the Disco running again, bought a timing gun to check that...and now the relatively brand new fuel pump is no longer working.
What are the chances I got a bad pump? Alternatively, what is the next bug I should chase.
Damn, this is getting annoying!!
Bent rods on intake valves
I'll start with the question and then give the background. How did I bend intake pushrods on cylinder 1, 3 & 6? Is a SUPER dead low battery (coupled with a really old Sears charger) possibly the culprit that caused a malfunction in the ignition system which led to sticking the valves somehow...
