All the ARB's I've owned had excellent fit/finish with zero issues. I did hate how small the Shackle mounts were on my TJ/LJ ARB bumper, but they never bent or failed. Warn bumpers (on Jeeps) were $$$$$$$ and the powdercoat blew off in 4 months..... I have no doubt the TR Bumper is awesome (that's why I'm thinking about it), but the light issue was a concern with yearly state inspections. Will have to look into the D90 light bulb mounts. Thanks for the heads up on that!!

the dual bulb fixture from a p38 swaps into a d1 lights perfect. I used those when I put my sg bumper on

Would you please send me or post here some pics with measurements (if you still have it)? I'm going to make a CT replica.
Thank you in advance!

A year late, but did you ever build it? Scored a husky 10 so spent the last week going through all my old pics of the measurements and think I have a close enough model. Hope to send it to the plasma table this week. Just need to figure out the skid plate assembly, but that can wait.

Well, it took quite a time. It's almost close to be look like a real truck :), now respraying is almost done. Next step is to reassemble all and start to make roofrack, brush guard, etc. :)

I built a modified version of a CT bumper for a past rover. And I'm about to start one for my camel clone build coming up. I'll see if I can get some pictures to post.

Almost done. Lots of small modifications to make these things fit. I kind of see why these were never sold to the public.

Had to make it, I don't think they were ever for sale to the public.

Im probably going to have another made for a warn style winch like the trucks used for 98 trials were outfitted with. If interested let me know soon

Looks good. I'm making a few for myself and some friends so am just getting some ideas as i see a few flaws in the original design. Do you have any photos of it off the vehicle? And i assume you're going to also cut the factory front bumper to fit around it?

thanks

Also i have quite a few photos of some original CT front bars i will put up for reference.
