theres also a chance the cooler lines will work with a couple of tweaks instead of lots of tweaks

Thanks. I think I got it close enough that I sent it to the plasma cutter today and got a 4.5CLR die on its way.

Its custom. I believe the original winch trays were manufactured by superwinch, the skid plate by mantec, and the brush guard by RGMFG, though there are 3 styles of brushguard so maybe someone else made the earlier ones that were on the 200TDI trucks

I’ve decided that I must have this Camel Trophy brush guard for my D1. I’ve tried ARB and Rovertym and this style just gets me in the feels. I look forward to more progress looks like I’m gonna need to dust off my old fabricating skills......and find a Husky 10

It looks like the original brush guards used 1/8” or less strap. I deviated on this one a little with 1/4”. Hope it holds up better than the originals

Mine also had the plastic one. I got a CT spare remote a while back with the correct caravan plug, then found another with the 4 pin connector for the other rover

Nice. Are they the super long cables? Mine has a normal length cable, but I've seen some really long ones.
