They are an unlisted private option. I had to do a lot of digging to find them. Emailed a guy in Europe who gave me limited info.

Sounds too exclusive for a common dude like me

Took off a Terrafirma rear spring today - tf027v. The 3 tighter coils were basically touching.. don't recommend these springs for anyone with constant heavy loads. Height from factory is 420mm, measured height after removal... 385mm. Ouch, they were only on for 6 months or so.

pic, grey terrafirma
yellow britpart

Once I sort out mounting the new hydraulic bump stops I'll get an installed height on the new Britpart springs

Not exclusive at all, just business. It just means there is not enough demand for the manufacturer to offer them for direct sale, so they make the vendor that really wants them buy them in large lots so they do not have to market them. That way a vendor can offer something special that might be a niche market for everyone else.

Ugh! Well that sucks. I was looking at getting the TF027V MD springs too since I've got TF all around and prefer the gray color. I might have to go with the BritPart MD springs.

Britpart springs are in, they measure just over 13" installed with most of my gear in. Gained about 2" of lift over the sagging terrafirmas.

Here's my theory

RTE springs were progressive rate, and sagged over 6 months
Terrafirmas were progressive rate, and sagged over 6 months
OME were constant duty, did not sag, but they were too short and thinner bar diameter, requiring a spacer
Britparts length and bar diameter is very similar to the RTE, but constant rate

So I'm hoping that because the Britparts are constant rate, they'll resist sagging like the others. The hydraulic bump stop kit also has an effective 0.75" or so spacer built into the design (top ring under the upper spring perch + no spring seat + 1/4" plate bolted to axle perch + 1/4" blue bottom plate)

"OME were constant duty, did not sag, but they were too short and thinner bar diameter, requiring a spacer" --<Agreed on this point from experience.

Jeff Blake, how's the ride with the britpart and how are they holding up so far?

So far so good! The ride is great, but I'm also pretty heavily loaded all the time. The hydro-bumps were a huge improvement, and I imagine some bilstein 7100's will make it even sweeter.

I just put 1,500 miles on them - quite a bit of it offroad - and need to go measure the lift again. I'll report back

Previous springs all sagged by around month 3, so I'll try to remember to report back then as well
