Can anyone confirm the meaning of the "Wire Size" indication in the "1995 Discovery 1 Electrical Troubleshooting Manual"?
It has many indications, such as: 0.5 and 1.0. Can anyone *actually* confirm this means "Millimeters"? It certainly isn't gauge

In my case, I am replacing the heater lines for my O2 (aka Lambda, aka "Left Heated Oxygen Sensor" and "Right Heated Oxygen Sensor") sensors.. and I want to bump up the gauge of the heater wire. It is indicated as 1.0 in the manual (see attached image).
Any clarity here would be great. The wires I current have were...uhhh.. "upgraded" by a past owner and I thus have no "first principle" upon which to start
