4" lift 35's and everything needed to make it work. Lift has been on for years. Truck has always driven perfectly even at 75mph. Broke drivers side cv in April. Truck sat for a few months before I fixed it. I couldn't get the hub off the axle so aI just replaced the hub and axle assembly with some used spares. Now truck seems to have death wobble at 50+mph.
I tightened the steering box and that seemed to make it worse. Replaced the tie rod ends and that helped, but still wobbling at speed.
Panhard is solid.
Whats next on the list?

So I chased this for a while on my D1. My steering arm off the box was loose but only when there was strain on it. Sitting in the driveway, no sign of slip. Finally out of frustration, I jammed the front end against a tall curb. Surprise- there it was moving all over the place. Also when I changed my panhard bushings, I didn’t think the old ones looked bad but it did make a difference with the death wobble too. Mine were old but looked solid.

I put a pry bar on the panhard and zero movement. Will check the steering box when the truck cools down.

Did your alignment get messed up? Track rod & ends ok? Rotate front wheels to the rear.

Not sure what situation broke the cv but just thinking about collateral damage.

Steering damper tight, bushings good? Good resistance?

Well this weekend I got my TMR customs alignment plates. Jacked up the truck and found significant movement in the drivers side upper ball joint. (Same corner I broke the axle on). All other ball joints are good. I replaced them all from the original factory ones 2yrs ago. Not sure if its premature failure or the cv breaking had something to do with it? Oh and the passenger front Wheel bearing is also shot! I could move the whole tire/wheel assembly at least 1/2".

Pretty confident between those two things. That's my source if wobble.
