I'm willing to split them up or trade too.

$650 for the front with working e-locker.
$350 for the rear housing and the bucket of parts.

The axle housings alone are $3k from Lucky8.

It needs a new rear KAM locker, so the rear carrier would need rebuilt. I gave it to Randy at RoverBones who then talked to Justin about it but he said there's nothing he can do about it and the locker needs to be replaced.

The whole locker just broke, huh? Weird. I know with ARB's and Ashcroft's you can replace the individual parts, I would have thought the same could be done for KAM. You said all the pieces are in a bucket. Which piece is broken?

'Just broke' is a good way of putting it... I was at Rausch Creek on an easy trail and it started making an extremely loud popping/banging noise, but only while under pressure (on the gas while turning). We drained the oil and fine brass particles came out, but nothing visibly broken via the access cover. When I got home, I removed the KAM third member (which needed to be taken apart before the carrier could be removed from the housing, hence 'all the parts' in a bucket) and stuck a stock third in until I switched axles. I didn't brother taking the KAM locker assembly apart to try and find the issue, and as far as I can tell, individual replacement pieces aren't available. So, something inside of the locker broke, but I don't exactly know what.
