All my dash lights are not working. I’ve checked fuses, and all seem good. What should I check next?

Both side blinkers work.

Is there a way to short the rheostat to confirm if it is the issue? I have connected the wires on the plug and no luck.

I think the wire that runs over to your glovebox light can get shorted and cause this. It runs from the center of the dash outward to your glove box light. It's usually just laying out in the open by itself, not taped up with a bigger harness. It goes accross a sharp edge on a bracket and gets rubbed thru.

Are your tail lights operational? The dash will not illuminate without the tail lights working.

Blinkers dont have nothing to do. "Position" lights have fuses each side. F8 is the "right" side and from this circuit gets power instrument light.
Not NAS D1 , like mine, do not have rheostat. You can test if trouble is there by shortcutting its red/orange with red/brown cables. This is the non-NAS connection.
