I getback from the dealer (anaheim hills), after it taking a week to diagnose the cruise control...and I get on the freeway..still no cruise control...despite a full page detailed description of what they did to fix it!
and as a bonus, I look over, and there is a 1 inch gash in my seat!!!!!!
I am furious, and the service dept is closed today!
What should I do? How can I prove that they cut it? I am assume they ripped it with some tool as they took the dash apart to work on the CC!
