Hi
I have a clock (the time telling type) from a late defender and want to wire it into my 93 model defender.
There is a empty port in the dash that i plan to fit the clock into however there doesnt seem to be any spare wires knocking about that could be used to power the time piece.

The clock has a small 3 pin socket on the back I am assuming (yes i know) that one is 12dc + one is 12DC - and the other os a posative to adjust the time.
Trouble is I dont know which is which and I dont have the plug and wire colour code.

As anyone put a clock in a early Defender ? Any help appreciated.

have no idea what clock you have but would suggest third wire is illumination not time adustment.
Three wires should be constant 12v, ground, and switchd illumination.
Its not rocket science. Should only take a few mins to wire up.

Google is your friend as far as the 93 wiring color codes goes.
